Custom/OEM orders are non-returnable unless defective.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

  • In cases of misuse or unauthorized returns, we reserve the right to decline a refund
